Also it wasn't a class I usually go to so I wasn't attached to who the usual teacher was, but I totally hear what you are saying and will keep it in mind. Yes, we all experience classes that don't work for us, and its definitely a great learning experience when we feel and note what we don't want to do when we teach ourselves. But as a teacher myself - and someone who has had to sub as well and fill in some pretty experienced shoes - I am here to say that it can be tricky subbing! So I try to have compassion for those teachers that sometimes seem to be flailing. Can't wait to check in to your blog and talk yoga again after your training!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
